In this fashion-inspired piano recital, Steinway Artist Hsing-ay Hsu (pronounced “Sing-I Shoo”) will highlight connections between solo piano works (by Chopin, Schumann, Debussy, Poulenc, Scott Joplin and others) and the emotions evoked by designer dresses recently on view at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
A festive wine reception will follow this playful, adventurous, multi-dimensional listening experience. Feel free to dress up!
Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students through high school, and can be purchased here and also at the door the night of the performance. Parking is always free.
